Which DST to start in Week 9?

I'd go with the Texans personally. The Cards might be a better defensive team but Tampa will put some points up. No way would I ever start the Lions. Think about it, Oakland struggles to score points which helps the Texans. Secondly if Oakland does score the Texans have what I think is the best return man in the league.
