I am a civil contractor, virtually lost everything due to my generosity.what to do?

I am totally disillusioned.Now I do not meet anyone in the construction fraternity as I do not have the means.I have the best experience and work-done profile but helpless. Could anyone tell me what to do.I am 42 and at this juncture i just do not understand what to do.
