I have a old radio?

and thi chip that tunes to the radio station i think is out of tune because it doesnt pick up any stations anymore the only visual numbers are C742. i think it may be out of tune so if anyone knows hot the lil screws should be turned plz post of if u have a website that would tell me id be much appreaciated.
