Choice between two mopeds?

Unknown brand? Means unknown support, parts. Looks sort of like Chinese Geeley- but lots of mainland Chinese scooter for under $1000.00 have been imported by the shipboard container full. Honda is older, a few more miles and higher priced-- but you can find lots of Honda dealers and they can get all the parts you normally need and many that don't usually need replacement. Honda engines and drive train also a known, reliable or servicable reputation. Unless other scooter has a local dealer and made in Taiwan or similar- as in TGB, Kymco, or Tomos- then best bet is Honda.
