Can a mother of a newborn baby tandem nurse another people's child who's 1 year old and never fed?

yes i dont see any problem so longer our son is still feeding and remember that milk is always good and healthyer for a child so its okay to me solonger she is healthy woman.its okay that a really a woman who have a big heart you should be really grearful to her
