Why is stopping and stillness important aspects in Robert Frost's poetry?

I am doing GCSE english lit/lang coursework on the two poems, 'Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening' and 'Neither Out Far Nor In Deep'. I am finding it hard to try to put context and find a conclusion for this esssay. Please help -!
