Regarding my marble mollies?

i purchased two marble mollies and was told they were both male. One of them always chases around the other and i didn't know why. Now the fish that was being chased all the time is pregnant! The male fish still constantly bothers the pregnant one. Will she be too stressed out from this or is there something i need to do to make him stop pestering her?
