Can Chelsea be compared to Manchester United, Liverpool, and Arsenal?

Ha ha - it makes me hoot when people try and take some kind of credit for what their clubs may have done in the deep and distant past - unless of course they are old enough to have witnessed these feats personally as a supporter.
