Why is it that when i hold my daughter she is completely calm but when i give her 2 smeone else?

she gets fussy and starts to cry....when i leave her at home with my mom and sister i come home to her crying cuz they dont know how to comfort her.they play with her changer her diaper and try feeding her..alol.....but when i come home i lay her down with me and shes fine..i dont get it..i dont have to do anything at all but just show my face and shes fine..and when they actually try to sooth her and make her smile to stop crying she crys even louder..someone help me understand what i cant figure out??
