How is the housing meltdown the fault of Bush?

He forced people to sign on the dotted line buying houses for $300,000 when they could only afford one for $100,000. I guess he held a gun to their head and made them sign for a house they could not afford. Credit was too easy to come by from 2003-2006 with schemes that could get someone making $30,000 a year into a $300,000 home. It's all Bush's fault.
