Can anyone give me a clear and coherent and answer to this question,?

how in the hell did Hillary become a senator in New York? When you trace Hillary's residency throughout her life you come up with Illinois (born & raised), Machusetts (college), Connecticut (college), Arkansas (family life), and DC (first lady). Was she aware of the issues that were important to the people of New York? And if there are any New Yorkers who voted for her (and please tell me why)?
